If you ever visit the coast between Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo be sure to stop off at one of the stalls set up by the many oyster farms along the way….
And wash down with a fresh glass of Cotes de Provence Rosé or Cidre if you want to do things the Brittany way:

…Makes delicious cocktails, so if you’re heading out for a drink round the Salice Terme way be sure to stop in and ask her for a Lychee Daiquiri or a Liquorice Mojito.
I particularly love the maraschino cherries inside the Lychees!
She also mixes a mean Bloody Mary.
L’officina (where she works) also does the best Sunday Happy Hour for miles around with sweet & sour tempura prawns, sushi and oysters!
